Senior Account Manager
UPshow is the leading in-venue social media display network in the United States. With over 3,200 screens in venues (health clubs, restaurants, sports bars, and leading family attractions like Navy Pier) across the country, UPshow allows patrons to display their social media posts instantly on TVs within the venue. UPshow gives businesses a vastly increased social media presence by maximizing the customer posts inside their venues. In doing so, we enable businesses to automatically build a database of customers that they can connect with over social media, invite back, and encourage to stay longer and spend more.
About the Role:
UPshow is seeking an experienced Account Manager that is a creative, problem-solving, people-person who is passionate about social media, technology and hospitality. The Account Manager is responsible for management and growth of top-tier client relationships as well as for the quality and results of their UPshow campaign.
Simply put, you are the face of UPshow
Not only will you be the advocate & trusted partner to your clients, but you will be immersed in the industries of UPshow’s key partners, including: Bars, restaurants, nightclubs, tourist attractions, entertainment centers and more.
Play a vital role in powering UPshow’s continual growth
Own relationships and account management for UPshow’s VIP clients
Drive the development of interactive marketing strategies that enhance and exceed overall client performance expectations
Use insights from campaign data, provide strategic recommendations
Become a thought leader in our competitive landscape and market trends for the relevant vertical markets

You're a people person. You’ll talk to anybody, thrive when working with others with others and love building personal connections and connecting others
You’re organized. If there isn’t structure, you will be the one to build it
You're a problem solver. You’re are confident in your decision making abilities and comfortable thinking on the fly
You care genuinely about the success of your clients
You have exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- You have 2-4 years experience in account management, preferably B2B or marketing industry.
Passionate about social media, collaborative consumption, and tech startups
Social media “for business” savviness
Marketing or event planning skills and experience
- Are a skilled kickball player (Not necessary, but looking for that trophy this year)
