About the Role:

UPshow is looking for an experienced sales executive to join our team and drive enterprise sales firm-wide. This person will work closely with senior management and will be responsible for helping to lead UPshow's fastest growing segment. The Senior Enterprise Sales Executive is will focus on generating revenue from large multi-unit brands (bars, restaurants, fitness, retail, etc.). This person will be expected to manage the entire sales cycle, deliver customized product demonstrations and ultimately close deals. He/she must be a self-motivated, proactive, driven and professional individual who can create their own ongoing pipeline. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source enterprise sales opportunities
  • Ownership of the sales cycles from initiation through closing
  • Identify, build and maintain relationships with key buyers
  • Share insights that help prospects properly evaluate UPshow’s offer
  • Prepare and tailor messaging for prospective clients
  • Help guide prospective clients through the purchasing process
  • Develop sales strategies to increase client pipeline
  • Manage existing account base; be accountable for growth and revenue goals
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and annual performance
  • Ongoing communication with senior leadership regarding sales leads and developments

Requirements:

  • Ideally, 7-10 years of relevant sales or business development experience with a proven track record
  • Experience selling enterprise level software, technology and/or services
  • Ability to manage entire sales cycle including needs analysis & proposal development
  • Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles with C-Level executives
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 10% performer)
  • Proven experience in closing large deals ($100K+)
  • Ability to travel up to 33% of time
  • Ideally, has established relationships and presence within key verticals: Hospitality (Bar/Restaurant/Entertainment), Retail, Fitness, Tourist Attractions, etc.

  • Technically adept (experience working with SalesForce, Join.Me, and PowerPoint and a willingness to learn new technologies)
