About the Role

UPshow is looking for a Manager of Demand Generation to drive strategy and execution of the company’s inbound marketing. This role reports directly to UPshow’s CMO and will be expected to combine automation with strategic marketing investments to accelerate pipeline growth. If you’re a collaborative, analytical and driven marketer with B2B customer acquisition experience, this is the role for you. We’re eager to push the bounds of what’s been done and will invest in the success of this role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of demand generation activities across all channels (paid, earned and owned)

    • Paid – work with CMO to invest in lead-generating opportunities across trade publications and targeted social media channels

    • Earned – work with Content Marketing Specialist to optimize content for conversion

    • Owned – manage all SEO/SEM efforts, as well as constant optimization of email, website and landing pages to increase conversion rate

  • Decisive campaign management through dynamic dashboards that monitor all lead traffic and performance

  • Manage relationships with key marketing partners and services

  • Communicate effectively with sales and marketing teams

 

Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation

  • Highly analytical, problem-solver mentality

  • Experience in lead generation across paid, earned and owned channels

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns across multiple channels

  • Team player that loves to set others up for success

  • Energized and excited by working in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

  • Experience with SalesForce.com and Google Analytics

  • Hands-on experience with marketing & email automation platforms

  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company
