UPshow would like to welcome CJ Bacher to the team as Director of Business Development. In this role, CJ will identify and source enterprise sales, build relationships with key buyers, develop sales strategies and forecast quarterly and annual performance.
UPshow is excited to grow business with CJ’s entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach to social selling and business development. CJ is a leader with proven results, just take a look at the recent sparkling addition to his now-fiance’s ring finger!
UPshow is excited to add someone as talented as CJ to their roster. His inherent leadership skills, harnessed while the starting Quarterback for Northwestern University’s football team, makes him a key free agent signing for UPshow in 2017.
Upon receiving his Bachelor and Masters of Arts in Communication from Northwestern University, CJ exchanged the football field for the entrepreneurial gridiron, founding and running a multitude of business ventures including CKB Search and Huddle Enterprises. CJ scored touchdown after touchdown as the Business Development Manager at SPR Consulting, growing revenue of the division over 500 percent in his first year. Talk about rookie of the year!
While not as secretive as a certain fight club, CJ did gain membership in the exclusive members-only independent recruiting organization, NPA while acting as CEO for CKB Search.

UPshow would like to welcome Austin Smith to the team as Account Director. In this newly-created position, he’ll focus on driving customer success and expansion from our enterprise clients.
Austin’s ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships, create and optimize processes and discover hidden value for customers will be an incredible asset to Team UPshow.
A Michigan State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Austin is thrilled to no longer have to point on his “mitten” to let people know where he lives. Despite a face born for the screen, Austin’s previous television experience is in the realm of digital advertising sales and marketing where he worked with companies such as Turner Sports, Big10 Network and Reuters.
Through his experience at a creative staffing agency, Austin learned how to juggle multiple tasks, manage sales and talk openly to any and all clients in a competitive field. As UPshow’s in-house Game of Thrones fan, we are confident Austin will proactively lead his team as if winter is always coming.

This city dweller still shows his mountain man side as he runs the clothing line, The Mount Co, along with his dad, brother and friend; headquartered in his dad’s “garffice”. When he’s not leading UPshow’s enterprise customers to uncovered success, Austin publishes blog posts for sites such as The Only Colors.
