The Challenge

Tom’s Watch Bar wanted to promote their offerings and partnerships to customers, but it proved difficult to manage multiple locations, all with unique messaging, offers and events. A major challenge for the organization was scheduling events at locations and getting promotional material in front of the customer while they were in-venue.

Takeover Mode: The UPshow Takeover Mode allows locations to temporarily “take over” all screens in the venue to display specific content during their sponsored events.

This ensures that Tom’s Watch Bar does not display non-sponsored content during these events. In addition to this, the corporate team can view each location's content from the corporate office. 

Devon Gleason, Director of Brand Partnerships said, “It's also nice to let the corporate office know what and how we're promoting our materials and events - it keeps everyone on the same page. When our resident walked in last week, he asked “Is that the live view of our restaurants right now?” It's very cool to see from that perspective as well!”
